Things are heating up in Davis!! The 5th Annual California Kids Triathlon in Davis is just around the corner. This event, the largest of it's kind in the entire USA, will take place on Sunday, August 13th at the Schaal Aquatic Complex at UC Davis. Designed for ages 4-17, the event provides a fun, non-competitive atmosphere for kids to experience the exciting sport of triathlon. The race is almost full...so we strongly encourage any last minute entrants to submit their applications ASAP. You may do so either in person at either of our Davis drop-off locations (Ken's Bike and Ski - G Street & Fleet Feet Sports -2nd Street) or via online registration. The 19th Annual Davis Turkey Trot is quickly approaching. This family-oriented event is the largest run/walk in Yolo County, and includes a 5K, 10K and Kid's Fun Runs. Registration for the Davis Turkey Trot opens on Wednesday, August 9th. Be sure to register early. All registrations received prior to September 5th qualify for the early entry fees.
