Donner Lake Triathlon Registration Reminder

As a past participant in the Donner Lake Triathlon, you are receiving this courtesy e-mail to remind you that tomorrow, April 1st, is the final day to register for either of the Donner Lake Triathlons at the early registration prices.

The 2004 event will take place over the weekend of July 17-18, 2004 in Truckee. Registration is available both by mail and online; mailed entries must be postmarked by April 1st to receive the discounted rate.

Donner Lake Sprint Triathlon - Entry Fee
By April 1st - $55.00
April 2 to July 14th - $65.00
Expo (July 16th) - $75.00
Race Day (July 17th) - $85.00

Donner Lake Int'l Triathlon - Entry Fee
By April 1st - $80.00 (Relay - $120)
April 2 to July 14th - $95.00 (Relay - $130)
Expo (July 16-17) - $105.00 (Relay - $140)
Race Day (July 18) - $115.00 (Relay - $150)

Registration Now Open

Registration by mail and online is now available for our two other triathlons, the River City Women's Triathlon and the Davis Kids Triathlon.

The Davis Kids Triathlon, presented by UC Davis Children's Hospital, will take place on Sunday, August 15th at the brand-new Schaal Aquatics Center at UC Davis. This Olympic sized pool, coupled with the surrounding beauty of the UC Davis campus, will allow for a beautiful site to stage this year's event. The Davis Kids Triathlon is one of the largest kid's triathlons in the state. The event caters to kids 4-14 years and has a new field limit 600. We are confident that the popularity of this event combined with its’ new venue, will allow it to easily reach maximum capacity. Therefore, we strongly encourage pre-registration. The River City Women's Triathlon had a successful second year in 2003 with well over 300+ participants. For 2004, A Change of Pace has several new features that will make for an even better event. This sprint-distance triathlon will once again take place at Sacramento's Discovery Park on Sunday, August 29th. This event features a 500 yard swim, 11 mile bike and 3 mile run. Courses are 100% traffic-free and are created with both the beginner and intermediate athlete in mind. Not sure you can do it?....No problem - grab a friend or two and create a team. Women will enjoy the fun and supportive atmosphere, as well as the post-race amenities, 5-deep age group awards and the vendor expo.
