How To Register:

• Online
  • through Noon on Thursday, November 19th. View the online registration page
  • We are piloting Event Brite online registration for 2009. The "convenience fee" for Event Brite's online registration is approximately one-third or less of the cost of competitors (ONLY 99 CENTS/entry!!). We are excited to be able to pass this savings on to you and make online registration both more convenient and more affordable. We offer payment via credit card through Google Checkout as well as the option to pay via PayPal.

    If you would prefer to pay with check or cash, we offer both entry via US Mail (please, no cash), registration at Fleet Feet Davis (cash or check), as well as late registration both at Packet Pick Up and on Race Day (cash or check accepted).

• Via US Mail.
  • Download the entry form, print it, fill it out and mail it in with a check or money order. Mailed entries must be postmarked by Monday, November 16th.
• In Person.
  • You may register in-person (cash or check) at Fleet Feet Davis through Thursday, November 19th.
    • Fleet Feet - Davis, located at 615 Second Street in Downtown Davis.
• At Packet Pick Up.
  • Our packet pick up will be held on Friday, November 20, from 11am to 5pm. Packet Pick Up will be across the street from FLEET FEET DAVIS.
  • Packet Pick Up will close promptly at 5pm due to limited lighting in the packet pick up area.
• Race Day.
  • Race Day registration will open at 6:30 am (8:00 am for Kid's events).
    • 5K/10K/1 Mile Walk/3K Relay registration will be held on B Street, just south of 6th Street, starting at 6:30 am.
    • Kid's Run Registration will be held on the field in the Kid's Area and will open at 8:00 am
    • Cash or check accepted
    • Paper entry forms will be used. You may download the entry form & complete in advance to save time on race day. One form required per entrant.

Standard Entry Includes: 100% Cotton short sleeve t-shirt, commemorative bib number, chip timing (5K and 10K), finisher's ribbon (Kid's Runs only), eligibility for awards (5K/10K/3K) and raffles.

T-shirt Upgrades: You may upgrade your t-shirt to either a Technical Short Sleeve T-shirt or a Cotton Long Sleeve T-shirt. The cost for the upgrade is an additional $5.00. The Technical and Long Sleeve shirts are only available in Adult sizes S-XL. All upgrades must be pre-ordered no later than November 10th. Technical shirts are offered in unisex sizing.

Entry Confirmation: Entries are not confirmed by mail or email. Those registering online will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation of entry. For your convenience, a list of registered participants will be posted on this site ("Home" tab) starting on October 1st.

Packet Pick Up: Packets include your bib number, timing chip (5K/10K), t-shirt and goody bag. You may pick up your packet either at our Packet Pick Up on Friday, November 20, from 11am to 5pm in the courtyard across the street from FLEET FEET SPORTS - DAVIS (615 2nd Street); or on Race Day, at Civic Center Field (Race site). Packets may not be mailed. A friend/family member may pick your packet for you at Packet Pick Up if you desire.

Online Registration: There is a surcharge to register online. This year we have switched online registration services to Event Brite, as their surcharge fees are much lower than the other companies out there. The surcharge is a "convenience fee" that is collected by the credit cards / online registration company. If you wish to avoid the surcharge, we suggest registering either via US Mail or at Fleet Feet Sports in Davis.

Refund Policy: All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Event happens rain or shine.
