How to Register:

• Online. Online registration is fast and easy. Available through Noon on July 9th.

• By US Mail. Entries by mail must be postmarked by July 5th.

• At the Expo/Packet Pick Up (July 12): Located at the West End Beach. 11am to 6pm.
• Race Day (July 13): Located at the West End Beach of Donner Lake, starting at 5:30 a.m.
  • We will be accepting entries on both Saturday and Sunday -it does not appear that it will sell out.

Important Registration Notes:

• Above fees do not include the USAT One-Day License Fee (if applicable). The 2008 Donner Lake Triathlon is a USAT-Sanctioned event. A one day license is $10.00. Athletes under the age of 18 do not purchase a one-day license; instead they must purchase an annual youth membership, which is $5.00. Annual USAT members need not purchase one-day licenses.
• If you have a credit letter from 2007, none of the above discounts apply. You need to send a copy of the credit letter, your $20 processing fee, a 2008 entry form, and any USAT one-day license fees in order to register for the event. You cannot register with a credit letter online. It must be done through the mail. Credit letters from 2006 and earlier are not accepted.
• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for this event for any reason. We also strictly do not allow athlete-to-athlete transfers, for any reason. This is a USA Triathlon policy which we cannot circumvent. If you are registerd and become unable to participate, we will offer you a credit to 2009 if you submit, in writing, a request to have your entry rolled over to 2009. All credit requests must be submitted no later than June 15th, 2008. See below for our contact information. After June 15th, we will only accept credit requests for medical reasons; and these must be accompanied by a written copy of a Doctor’s note. Absolutely no credit requests will be considered for any reason after July 9, 2008.
