Picking up your bib # and T-shirt
Packet pick up will be held at Fleet Feet Davis on two days: Friday, February 1st from 2-6 pm; and on Saturday, February 2nd at from 9:00 am to 4pm. If you cannot pick up your packet on Friday or Saturday, you can pick it up on race morning at Central Park. Packet pick up on Friday/Saturday is not required but is encouraged. Central Park is the start/finish area for the event and is located at 3rd and B Streets in Downtown Davis. Race day registration and packet pick up will be set up at Central Park on race day, starting at 7:00 a.m. Your race packet includes your bib number and tshirt.
All three courses are flat, paved*, loop courses that travel through the City of Davis.
* The Half Marathon has approximately 1.25 miles of hard packed dirt/small gravel/decomposed granite (Wildhorse Greenbelt)
The 5K, 10K and Half Marathon are USATF courses.
Course Cut-Off Times
Please note: the Half Marathon finish line will close at 12:30pm. Walkers are welcome and encouraged to participate in all three events, including the Half Marathon, provided you plan to reach the finish line by this time. Course Support will be available through 3 hours and 50 minutes.
Aid Stations
Aid stations will be stocked with water and fluid replacement. There will be one on the 5K, three on the 10K, and six on the half marathon. View the Course Maps for locations.
We are thrilled to be offering pace groups for the Half Marathon. Pace group leaders are experienced runners who have trained to run a consistent pace and cross the finish line with a goal time in mind. Pace groups are a great way to help you achieve a goal time and meet some fellow runners along the way. Pace group leaders courtesy of the Golden Valley Harriers.
Awards will be presented to the overall male and female finisher in each the 5K, 10K and Half Marathon, as well as to the top three finishers per age division.
Age divisions for the 5K and 10K are: 9 and Under, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59,
60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 and 80+. Half Marathon Age Divisions start with 15 and Under and continue to 80+.
All finishers in the Half Marathon will receive a finisher's medal. We will offer an optional Participation Medal, available to any entrant.
The kid’s fun runs are not timed or scored; each finisher will receive a medal.
Any awards not picked up on event day will not be mailed, but will be available for pick up at
Fleet Feet Sports in Davis starting on Monday, February 5th and continuing through March 31st.
The 5K, 10K and Half Marathon are chip-timed. The timing chips will be adhered to the back of your race bib and there is nothing to put on your shoe. SImply wear the bib on the front of your body.

A “sweat check” (gear check) tent will once again be available in the plaza near the finish line. Although this area will be secure, we remind you not to place any valuables in your bag as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.Extra plastic bags will be available here if you do not bring one. The sweat check booth will remain in place until approximately Noon. Unclaimed items after event day will be kept for one week, then donated to charity.
Professional event photographers will be on-site to capture your image. Photos will be available on their site approximately 4 days follorwing the event.
Race results will be posted on-site as well as on this website by 3:00 p.m. event day. The 5K, 10K and Half Marathon events will be timed using disposable RFID chip timing.
Through our Foundation, a limited number of full and partial scholarships are available for youth and adults who are facing financial hardship. To appy, send an e-mail outlining the participant/family situation and reason for need. Scholarships are granted on an on-going basis and priority is given in order received. The deadline to appy for a scholarship is January 20th.
