Week of August 17 - Wednesday class
First and foremost, many people are concerned about the fact the this Wednesday’s class is on the first day of school. We had the great suggestion of starting at 6a this Wednesday, so that Mom’s can get home and drag their sleepy kids out of bed on time. If we don’t have any major concerns from the class we would like to go ahead with this plan. So unless you hear differently, we will do 6:00-7:00a on Wednesday, August 26th.

Hello Miss F.I.T.s ~
Great work today!! The early-morning heat added an unplanned challenge and we were amazed with how well everyone adapted. A true sign you are making great strides to achieving a higher level of fitness. Attached is Week Five Homework which incorporates exercises introduced over the past five weeks. Please e-mail us with questions about any of the exercises or suggestions for modifications. We would advise paying extra attention to staying properly hydrated while temperatures continue to rise. Below is a link to an article (cut and paste into your browser) concerning adequate fluid intake while exercising in hot temperatures.

It's hard to believe but next week is our sixth week and final class of this session! We have witnessed significant improvements in a short amount of time and hope that you are all very proud of your hard work.
As a reward, we're headed out on a little field trip next week. We'll still gather at the Arroyo Park Mushroom and from there head over to Emerson where we have some fun (yet tough) challenges planned. Please let us know if you're NOT able to make it next week and if you do happen to show up late, head on over to Emerson and join the party!
Stay strong and hydrated this week!
