There are four convenient ways to register for this event:

• Online. Online registration is fast, convenient and secure. Available through 4:00 PM on Monday, November 19th.

• Via US Mail. Entries by mail must be postmarked by Saturday, November 10th.

  • At Forma Gym, 1908 Olympic Blvd., in Walnut Creek. Available through 7 pm on Wednesday, November 21st. (Packet Pick Up takes place here on Tues., 11/20 and Wed., 11/21 from 9am to 7pm).
  • At Sports Basement in Walnut Creek through Friday, November 16th
  • Please register by November 18th to guarantee a tshirt in your desired size and cut.
• On Race Morning.

  • Race Day registration available from 6:30 - 7:30 am.
  • Cash and check accepted.

Technical t-shirts may be chosen in lieu of the included cotton t-shirt. Technical shirts are available in men's and women's sizing and both short and long sleeve. Short sleeve is an additional $6.00 and long sleeve is $7.00. Technical shirts are moisture wicking and 100% polyester. Shirt sizes guaranteed for entries received by Nov. 18th.

• All 5K & 10K entries include a short-sleeve 100% cotton t-shirt, post race refreshments and samples, and eligibility for awards and raffles.
• The Kids' Fun Runs (1/2 Mile, 400 yard and 100 yard dash) are not timed. All entrants will receive a t-shirt and a finisher's ribbon.
  • Age groups for the heats are as follows:
    • 100 yard dash: 2-3 years
    • 400 yard dash: 4-6 years, 7-8 years, 9-10 years, 11-12 years
    • 1/2 Mile Run
